Build The Business
That Gives You Your
Time Back
We provide Outsourced Accounting, Fractional CFO, and M&A Advisory Services so you can stop carrying it all alone and have more time for what matters most.
You built something great.
You shouldn't have to run it in the dark.
Sound familiar? You're not behind. You've just been doing it alone.
You're
Overwhelmed
You're wearing every hat and spending your best hours on work that drains you instead of work that drives growth.
You're
Uncertain
You're not sure if you're actually profitable, where your cash is going, or what's coming next, and it follows you home.
You’re Leaving Money on the Table
Not because you're bad at business, but because no one has shown you what you can't see yet.
Getting Your Time Back is Simpler Than You Think
We've seen that look before. That look of 'I don't know what I don't know.' We've seen it hundreds of times. And here's what we've learned: you don't need a lecture on accounting. You need a partner who treats you the way they'd want to be treated — someone who's honest, who builds a real relationship with you, and who cares about your story as much as your numbers.
1. We Have a Conversation
No jargon. No pressure. We’ll talk about your business and where you want it to go.
2. We Look Under the Hood
We find what's hiding in your financials and build a clear plan forward, in language you actually understand.
3. You Get Clarity
Better decisions. Fewer sleepless nights. The freedom to focus on what you love and a partner walking right beside you.
3 Ways We Walk Alongside Your Business
Outsourced Accounting
Get your books off your plate and into expert hands, without the overhead of a full-time hire. You get accuracy, consistency, and time back in your day.
Fractional
CFO
Strategic financial leadership for businesses that need high-level insight without the full-time price tag. Better forecasting. Smarter decisions. Real growth.
M&A
Advisory
When it's time to buy, sell, or plan your exit, we make sure you don't leave money on the table. Because what you built, and sacrificed for, deserves to be valued right.
Because they said yes…
The Youth Orchestra That Found What Was Missing
We worked with a youth orchestra to take a closer look at their financial picture. In doing so, they uncovered money that had simply gone unnoticed.
That “found money” sent three additional students on their international trip — a once-in-a-lifetime experience those kids otherwise wouldn’t have had.
Sometimes, a little more clarity is all it takes to create a meaningful impact.
The Coffee Company That Poured it Forward
A local hospitality operator wasn’t just looking for help with the day-to-day — they wanted a clearer path forward. As we worked together, we identified opportunities to strengthen how they managed cash and approached financial decisions more strategically.
Those improvements created room to reinvest in a community in Uganda — something that’s core to who they are and what they stand for.
Financial clarity doesn’t just change how a business runs. It shapes what it’s able to do next.

A Note From Our Founder
I’ve always believed this work is about more than numbers.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead a few different firms, and what’s stayed consistent is this: the best work comes from strong relationships. Trust, ownership, and genuinely caring about the people we serve—that’s what it’s all built on.
I’ve also spent time serving as a board treasurer for several nonprofits, which has given me a deeper appreciation for how much clarity and good financial guidance can really matter.
At the end of the day, though, I’m most proud of being a husband and dad. My wife and I are raising our four kids here in Dallas, and that perspective shapes how I think about business, priorities, and the people we get to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not much. Our goal is to make this process simple and a “low-lift” for you.
To get started, we’ll have a short onboarding conversation to understand your business, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll request access to the systems you already use—typically things like your accounting software, bank accounts, and any financial reports you currently rely on.
Once we have that access, our team handles the heavy lifting. We organize the financials, build the reporting structure, and begin providing the clarity and insights you need to make better decisions.
-
Your time commitment is intentionally minimal.
Most clients spend 30–60 minutes per month with us reviewing financial reports and discussing key decisions. Beyond that, we work behind the scenes to keep everything organized, accurate, and up to date.
We typically work on a month-to-month basis rather than long-term contracts. While we stand by the quality of our work and our client service, if at any point you feel the relationship is no longer the right fit, you’re free to move on. Our goal is to earn your business every month by delivering value.
-
Our services are offered at a fixed monthly fee so you always know what to expect.
Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of your business, the number of accounts and systems involved, and the level of strategic support you’re looking for.
Most clients invest somewhere between $2,000 and $5,000 per month for outsourced accounting, and $4,000 to $8,000 per month for fractional CFO support. We’ll provide a clear proposal after learning more about your business so there are no surprises.
-
We operate on a monthly project-based retainer model.
This allows us to stay consistently engaged with your business rather than just reacting to issues after they arise. Each month we handle the core financial work—accounting, oversight, reconciliations, reporting, and strategic financial guidance.
Because the relationship is ongoing, we’re able to help you not just understand what happened in the past, but also plan confidently for what’s ahead.

You’re likely a great fit if you’re a growing business owner who:
Wants clear, reliable financials
Is uncomfortable with “status quo” or marginal growth and instead is looking to significantly grow and scale
Needs strategic financial guidance, not just bookkeeping
Values having a trusted advisor to handle the numbers
Is ready to use financial insights to make better decisions
If you’re looking for a true partner in the financial side of your business—not just someone to categorize transactions—we’re probably a good fit
-
Our services are designed for growing organizations that need financial clarity but don’t yet need—or want—the cost of a full-time CFO or internal accounting department.
We’re typically a great fit for:
Growing small and mid-sized businesses
Founder-led companies scaling operations
Organizations that want clean books, strong reporting, and strategic guidance
We’re probably not the best fit for:
Very early-stage startups that only need basic bookkeeping
Companies with a fully built internal finance team
Businesses looking only for year-end or annual tax preparation
Our focus is ongoing partnership—helping businesses build financial systems that support sustainable growth and better decisions.
